The scheme establishes a clear urban structure through a series of distinct character areas, including perimeter housing, central squares, a canalside neighbourhood and a mixed-use block incorporating shops and community facilities.
Role: Job Architect, RIBA Stages 0–4 – contribution to the initial masterplan and competition entry, development of dwelling layouts and character areas, preparation of planning information, and client, resident and planning consultations.
