Strategic feasibility study and early design development for a residential and retail-led redevelopment of a 1960s tower and podium complex at Notting Hill Gate. The proposal comprised four buildings, including the refurbishment and change of use of existing low-rise buildings to provide affordable housing, alongside refurbished and new-build private residential accommodation, with retail and commercial uses at ground level throughout.


Role: My involvement focused on developing the design of the affordable housing elements and contributing to the elevation studies during the pre-planning feasibility stage.
