A contemporary rear extension to a semi-detached Victorian house, accommodating a new kitchen, dining and seating area alongside an additional bedroom. The extension brings together kitchen and living spaces to create a semi-open-plan, split-level arrangement, strengthening visual connections between levels and to the garden beyond. Generous glazing, including sliding doors, rooflights and clerestory windows, introduces abundant natural daylight throughout the new spaces.
