A landmark mixed-use scheme providing 30 sheltered flats for frail and elderly residents alongside private apartments for sale. The project bridges over the Victoria and Northern Line tunnels, requiring a lightweight steel frame structure and modern methods of construction, including prefabricated cassette wall systems and off-site manufactured bathroom pods.
