I have experience working on residential and mixed-use projects across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on design development, technical delivery and construction. My work includes new build, refurbishment and conservation projects, often within constrained urban contexts.
I am experienced in preparing coordinated drawing packages and specifications, working closely with structural and M&E consultants, and supporting projects through planning, tender and construction. I have taken responsibility for resolving technical and spatial challenges, responding to planning and Building Control requirements, and addressing site queries to support delivery on site.
Much of my recent work has involved small to medium-scale residential projects alongside larger mixed-use and housing schemes, developing a careful, methodical approach to coordination, problem-solving and collaboration.
I also have a strong interest in interior design, particularly within residential projects, where spatial quality, material choices and detailing play a significant role in the overall success of a scheme.
